I've finished my final edit for the intro project we've added everything and are happy with the final product. Jon has sent off the final cuts and the clients have said they are happy with the product.

Update 3

After showing are work to john, he pointed out problems a couple of sound sync problems and a couple of jump cuts we still need to cover up. We also had to change are transitions  between cuts because we use fade to black which john said didn't work with the product, to overcome this we changed them to dissolve which created a smooth and easy on the eyes transition.

We have faced a lot of problems with the final cut we had to re-sync all the sound again as well as trying to fix all the jump cuts between the new and old cuts we've put together. We also  had to relink all the files and when linking them I linked the wrong file to the wrong clip however after speaking with john we were able to overcome the problem.

We have halfway finished our first cut of the edit and are going to look at the other group's version of the edit and we will decide which we use for the final cut.

We have decided to use a mix of both edits that are group have put together. we are still trying to put a complete timeline together it would have been easier if we had planned are shoots and timeline beforehand, however, we are still moving forward and working around all the problems we encounter for example we tried moving  footage between computers however this didn't work out but we have worked it out as well as our inability to sync sound.

Today we filmed at Brewers and have just imported the footage, we took a variety of shots in a verity of places in the store.


We have begun editing we have finished the edit on the first interview and have started the second and are adding cutaway shots as well.
